Evelyn - there's got to be another hall?

New venue for ceroc, only room for about a third of the people on the dance floor at any one time. Got my ankles painfully stepped on on four different occasions.

Aren't there ankle-protecting type devices you could wear to protect yourself during such strenuous activity? After all - as the Victorians knew, once a lady has lost the allure of a shapely ankle due to an unfortunate dancefloor accident she might have to resort to becoming a governess to support herself... or (gasp) possibly an 'actress'. ;-)
