Aching!

Did my second tabata class yesterday. How can 30 mins be so painful?

Oh! I've heard about this type of interval training. Twenty seconds of high intensity, then ten seconds low intensity 'rest', until you fall off the bike.

Tabata? What's tabata? I only just found out what "pilates" is. There can't be a new exercise thing already.
